Install Project Management
For hosts who want a complete, guest-ready STR without needing to manage every detail yourself.
I source and vet contractors nationwide, coordinate bids, manage timelines, and handle every piece of setup from start to finish. You’ll receive three bids per scope item with quality standards built into every search. Most hosts who try to do this themselves get burned at least once. This is how you skip that chapter.
Remote management covers contractor sourcing and management, furniture ordering, and photoshoot planning. All handled from my end so you can stay focused on the bigger picture.

Need boots on the ground?
Add on-site project management for full property install: furniture installation, staging, linen setup, supply closet setup, kitchen and bathroom setup. I travel to your property and see it through to guest-ready.

Average on-site project runs 5-7 days.

Daily on-site rate is based on project scope. Contractor costs, travel, and accommodation are separate and paid directly by the client.
