Hi, I’m Niki, the founder of Built by Niki.

I’m a short-term rental strategist and project manager helping real estate investors and hosts launch, optimize, and scale high-performing short-term rental properties.

I specialize in short-term rental setup, listing optimization, pricing strategy, and automation that reduces day-to-day workload. From guest communication to turnovers and backend systems, everything I build is designed to create efficiency, increase revenue, and give hosts more time freedom.

My background includes construction project management, short-term rental operations, and full-service interior installs. I’ve led projects across the country and launched a successful lakefront Airbnb of my own, so I understand what it takes to bring a vision to life and make it run smoothly over time.

When I’m not working with clients, you’ll usually find me outside with my dog, hiking, road-tripping, or Planning my future micro-resort. I’m building a life of freedom through real estate and helping others do the same, one property at a time.
